Guwahati Eye Centre has a Corporate Relations Department to cater to the needs of patients covered by corporate insurance. Patients with medical insurance or reimbursement have to provide the details including name, age, ID number, Policy number, nature of illness and diagnosis and treatment to be given. It takes around 24 hours for the hospital to get the approval authorization for the treatment after the pre authorization request has been sent. After approval from the corporate or insurance company the patient is informed accordingly and the treatment is done.
The staff of the Corporate Relations Department are friendly and always try to ensure a speedy and hassle free cashless or reimbursement process for the treatment of patients.
